Job Seekers

Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage, fill in your details, and verify via OTP.

Login to your account, browse the jobs, and click the "Apply" button on the job detail page.

Go to ‘Communication and Privacy’ in Settings. Select ‘Not looking for job right now’ and click ‘Deactivate till next login’. You will stop receiving emails and your account will be reactivated when you log in again.

Login, go to “Settings” → “Blocked Companies” → search your employer and add to the block list. Recruiters from blocked companies will not see your profile.

Employers

Login as an employer, go to the dashboard, and click "Post a Job". Fill in the details and submit.

Navigate to "Plans & Pricing", choose a plan, make payment, and it will be activated instantly.

Go to your dashboard → "My Plans" to view all your active and expired job posting plans.

Please contact your Relationship Manager or email at support@firstjobgo.com with your username.

Email us at support@firstjobgo.com with your existing username/email and the new email ID.

Use the Forgot Password option on login screen to reset your password.

Send softcopy of Name Change Declaration and Company Registration document to support@firstjobgo.com.

Sub-users can mail us at support@firstjobgo.com with their Username and new mobile number.

Login to your account → update mobile number in profile. If issues, contact super-user or support@firstjobgo.com.

Super-user can manage sub-user mobile numbers via “Manage Users” section in settings.

Ensure your number is added and verified. Sub-users can request mobile verification via email.

Contact your Relationship Manager or email support@firstjobgo.com with your username.

Pending KYC might be the reason. Check email from kyc@firstjobgo.com or contact support@firstjobgo.com.

Go to “Manage Users” → “Add Users” → add email and permissions. Verification link will be sent.

Login → “Request account deletion” in settings. Approval required from sales representative (super-users) or super-user (sub-users).
