Achudha Enterprises Pvt Ltd and its worldwide affiliates (collectively referred to as “AEPL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy and handling Personal Information in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“IT Rules”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs the collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and transfer of Personal Information through our websites, mobile applications, and other online services (collectively, the “Platform”). • Survey Responses: voluntarily submitted demographics, preferences, caste status, or affirmative action eligibility;
• Communications: content of messages, support requests, or user to user communications;
• Cookies & Tracking Technologies: data captured through cookies and similar mechanisms in accordance with our Cookie Policy;
• Affiliated Services: PI shared with or received from affiliated entities when using their linked services; such entities are subject to their own privacy policies;

We retain PI only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above, to fulfill legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, or as otherwise permitted by law.

• Erase PI where processing is no longer necessary or permitted;
• Restrict processing in certain circumstances;
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing;

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect PI from children under 18. If discovered, we will delete such PI.

Eligibility to Use the Platform (Children)

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who have attained the age of majority, which is eighteen (18) years or the legally mandated minimum age under applicable local law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If you are under the age of 18 or the legal age of majority in your location, you are permitted to access the Platform only under the supervision of your parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult who shall be responsible for your compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

15. Retention of Personal Information

AEPL shall retain your Personal Information only for such duration as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as may be required under applicable contractual, legal, regulatory, or statutory obligations.

Upon the lapse of such retention periods, AEPL shall ensure the secure deletion, anonymization, or archival of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal data disposal protocols.

AEPL may require proof of identity for verification and reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive requests, as permitted by law. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to statutory limitations.

17. Confidentiality and Security of Data

AEPL employs commercially reasonable and legally compliant technical, organizational, and procedural safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your Personal Information, in line with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the associated Rules.

Third-party processors acting on AEPL’s behalf are contractually bound to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those practiced by AEPL.

18. Social Media Communications

AEPL maintains official accounts across select social media platforms for engagement, support, and outreach. AEPL monitors and archives public comments made on its posts to improve services and reputation.

Users are prohibited from sharing the following types of information via social media:

• Sensitive personal data (racial/ethnic origin, religion, political beliefs, biometric/genetic data, sexual orientation, etc.);
• Criminal history or government-issued identification numbers;
• Inappropriate, abusive, or defamatory material.

AEPL shall not be liable for third-party misuse or unsolicited disclosures on these platforms unless the content was posted by an authorized AEPL representative.

19. Modifications to this Privacy Policy

AEPL reserves the right to amend, revise, or modify this Privacy Policy at its sole discretion. Any such modification shall become effective upon its publication on the Platform, unless otherwise required by law. Continued usage of the Platform following such modifications constitutes deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

20. Disclaimer

AEPL does not store any credit/debit card details or sensitive account credentials. AEPL shall not be liable for any incidental or unintended disclosures during online transactions.

If you voluntarily submit information not explicitly requested by AEPL (whether mandatory or optional), such as via unstructured text boxes, AEPL disclaims responsibility for the security or confidentiality of such unsolicited submissions.
